Founding Engineer

Praxic is an applied AI lab building the future of defensive cybersecurity for enterprises and governments. Having raised substantial capital from Tier 1 global VCs and angels (including CEOs of some of the world’s best technology companies), we now have a growing team, a rapidly developing product, and strong early traction with enterprises. We are hiring Founding Engineers for the initial product and organisational build, but also to then scale with the business as we aim to create a truly generational security company. You will 1. Be part of the first cohort of technical hires, developing the early product at pace 2. Take a lead in early infra & architectural decisions, balancing velocity and scale-worthiness 3. Have direct exposure to design partners and early customers, building for their needs 4. Help set the tone for how we build, hire and shape the company-wide culture 5. Leverage the best available models and tech to build incredible products at speed You must have 1. Proven experience performing at an elite level in a competitive technical environment 2. Exceptional academics in a quantitative discipline from a top university 3. Exposure to venture backed environments and/or personal entrepreneurial experience 4. Hunger and humility in equal measure to learn and move at pace to build something special 5. Deep expertise in applied ML with spikes in infra & security desirable but not necessary We will provide 1. The best tooling, networks and meritocratic environment to succeed 2.
